Platform Use

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and merah44 ("Platform", "we" or "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the merah44 website, including all services, features, content and functions provided within it.

By registering an account, logging in to the platform, making a deposit or using any merah44 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use the merah44 platform.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use merah44 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at merah44. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, is a serious breach of these terms. merah44 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Correct date of birth for age verification.
• An active email address to be used for official communications.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

merah44 supports a range of recognised and secure payment methods for the Malaysian market. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Available deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance checks. merah44 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal to ensure transaction accuracy and security. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name — not to third parties.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by merah44 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements.

Welcome Bonus: merah44 offers a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum value of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Required wagering: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Required wagering: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

Bonuses may not be used by the same player across multiple accounts. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts, using a VPN to access offers not intended for you, or coordinating with other players, will result in the bonus being cancelled and further action taken against the account concerned.

merah44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or end any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 🎁

6. Game Rules

All games available at merah44 — including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games — each have rules set by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical failure, system disruption or provider error that affects game results, merah44 reserves the right to void or review the bets involved. The final decision on any game-related dispute will be determined by merah44 based on system logs and available records.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that gives a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

7. User Responsibilities

As a merah44 user, you agree to:

• Comply with all terms and conditions and rules set by merah44.
• Not engage in any unlawful activity, fraud or system manipulation.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt or manipulate the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Not use a VPN or proxy to disguise your location or identity.
• Notify merah44 immediately if you discover any bugs, system vulnerabilities or unauthorised transactions in your account.
• Gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disciplinary action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure and/or appropriate legal action.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

merah44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is:

• A breach of any term in this agreement.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system.
• A request from the user themselves to voluntarily close their account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the merah44 support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to applicable conditions.

9. Personal Data Protection

merah44 takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and use of the platform is managed in accordance with merah44's comprehensive Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

merah44 provides its platform "as is" and "as available". While we work to ensure consistent and secure performance, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors or delays.

merah44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical issues beyond our control, failure of the user's internet connection, or actions by unauthorised third parties.

Players are solely responsible for their betting decisions. merah44 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform.

12. Amendment of Terms

merah44 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-platform notifications or email to your registered address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
